Terry began his studies when he had more hair at the University of Ottawa in the Kinesiology program and completed his Physiotherapy degree at the University of Toronto. During his professional career Terry has developed extensive clinical experience in orthopaedics, pre and post surgical protocols, sports medicine, performance training and lifestyle management.
Terry has worked with athletes of all levels. These have included recreational athletes right through to olympic and professional athletes. This has included but is not limited to players from the NHL, MLB and NFL. Terry’s goal is to bridge the gap between rehab and performance and create resiliency to further injury.
Treatment with Terry will always have an emphasis on manual therapy, biomedical acupuncture/dry needling and often an element of strength and conditioning. A Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario make Spencer well equipped to tackle any injury that may present.
